Over three days you will cross the dramatic High Atlas Mountains via the Tizi n’Tichka pass, wind through the ancient kasbahs of the Draa Valley, and arrive at the edge of the Erg Chebbi dunes as the sun turns the sand to gold.

Your private camel guide will lead you into the dunes at sunset. Spend the night in a luxury desert camp under a sky so thick with stars it feels impossible. ITINERARY

Day 1, Marrakech to Ouarzazate to Draa Valley. Depart Marrakech early. Cross the High Atlas via Tizi n’Tichka. Stop at Ait Benhaddou UNESCO Kasbah. Continue through the stunning Draa Valley to your hotel near Merzouga.

Day 2, Merzouga Sahara Desert. Morning free to explore Merzouga village. Late afternoon camel trek into the Erg Chebbi dunes. Sunset at the top of the dunes. Dinner and live Berber music at your luxury desert camp. Stargazing under the open Sahara sky.

Day 3, Sunrise to Return to Marrakech. Wake before dawn for a Sahara sunrise hike. Breakfast at the camp. Return journey to Marrakech via a different scenic route through the Ziz Valley and Todra Gorge.
